We offer free shipping on orders over $89.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Orders may take between 2-15 business days for delivery, depending on the supplier.
Returns Policy
As a small business passionate about reducing our environmental impact, we encourage you to help us minimize returns and support our commitment to sustainability. Every little step makes a difference!
- Eligibility: Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
- Log into your account on our storefront.
- Find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
- Specify the quantity to return, select a return reason, and choose a return action.
- You can also leave a comment about your return request.
- After submitting your return request, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Pack and ship the item. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
If you don't have an account with us, please reach out to us at hello@feord.com and be sure to include your order number and the item name. Pack and ship the item. Once we receive the returned item and assess its condition, we will notify you and process a full refund for the item.

Return requests cannot be submitted for orders that:
- Have already been fully or partially refunded.
- Have not yet been fulfilled.
